Online check-in doesn't work completely for us. We did everything it asked, and it says check-in is completed. It never prompted us to print EDOCS and luggage tags. These are the most important docs you need to board the ship. Every time you get in the app to check-in, it says completed and ok pops up for you to tap and exit out. It still doesn't show any info on EDOCS.

Hate this App, useless onboard. The way it displays the activities is horrible, you can't mark anything for future reminders and can't see the next days information! No chat feature unless you pay $2.99 per person per Day and it doesn't even work well!! 🙄

My son and I went on my dream vacation in August, a 7 day land tour and a 7 day cruise to Alaska and it was amazing from start to finish!! 2 months later and we're looking into where our next adventure will be! Mahalo Nui Loa!!

pretty good for how it integrates with your onboard NCL experiences (dining, activity schedule, events, accounting/billing). Would be better with a simple messaging (SMS) feature for on board use (ie...no support for media...text only).
