cumbersome and they want $100's of dollars to have internet while in the ship...the trip and everything else is already expensive enough...they gouge you at every turn...

The old app allowed passengers to communicate with other party members, now this new one doesn't any more, and instead you have to pay extra for a plan to use other apps e.g. WhatsApp instead. The daily plan keeps jumping around when you scroll between the pages, which is really annoying. When you are not connected to the ship's wifi, it doesn't show basic features like the ship plan. But the app "fakes" a reload of the daily plan when you click refresh, even when not connected to the wifi

Changing from 5 to 2 stars after onboard use. This new app looks more modern than the old one but it's functionality is far worse. Having port times listed in the itinerary is helpful and I like the horizontal access tabs. I would like to see a quick link to a ship map w/ deck views and bring back the on board paid SMS option between travelers. The daily planner is too small to read and won't download (so I can enlarge) unless I connect to the paid internet onboard. Looks pretty, acts ugly!!
