This clock will absolutely wake you up, it has helped me tremendously. My only complaint is that the "screen" doesn't display time. The features that encourage you to wear it daily are great, but without displaying the actual time, calling it a "clock" just doesn't make sense. especially since I have a regular watch, I'd rather not wear 2. Adding a display for something as simple as time would be a fantastic upgrade and make it more practical.
