I generally don't write a review. but I must tell you the customer service has really picked up. They have been very supportive and helpful for the issue is had faced and sent me a replacement conformation, within 10 minutes of the discussion. i understand the other reviews (with which i agree), but my honest use case is just to wake up in the morning. so it works good enough for me. I have a pavlok 1 (discarded now) and a pavlok 3 (current device).

When I first got my watch the app worked great I had no issues. Now a few years later it started constantly disconnecing from the watch, and as of a few weeks ago the app stopped opening all together even with a reinstall. Makes the watch useless if I can't get in to stop the alarms.

The device works, but the app basically makes it useless. The app has been down for a week now, and I've had to use other alarms, which aren't reliable. I'm probably going to buy a new one, but it won't be a pavlok. I can't deal with this app anymore.

The App is mediocre, however the Shock Watch 3 which is required to use the App is terrible. The watches Vibrate feature is too weak, the Audible Alarm is too quiet, and the Motion Sensor is horribly innacurate.

The app literally refuses to open. Got the app to work fine the day I got my watch but now it opens to a black screen. No matter what troubleshooting options I've done it still shows a black screen. Disappointing if this isnt fixed swiftly otherwise I hope Pavlok has a good return policy.

it won't open anymore. I have had this for months and I can't open the app on my android, even after updating, unistalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phon. it just shows the logo and that's it.

the device is good this app is awful slow and buggy
