Movie trailer clips unavailable. You have to go to Google to watch trailer clips because on the Regal app the trailer is always "unavailable"! Buying tickets through the app is convenient, but other than that I don't recommend downloading it.

had to issue booking day before seats for a very pleasent movie. but one of the men kinda came off a little strong while after the movie was in the lobby and the man seemed to have that southern hospitality like it's rude but I'm a nice way sorta of hospitality

Guys, the current active orders isn't showing on my Galaxy S10 5G. Place holder appears then vanishes to black screen. This has bound to inconvenience others when presenting the proof of purchase.

I just started about 4 days ago won't load my purchased movies so I can show my ticket and about a week ago it stopped allowing me to play the videos for the previews of the movies. I did uninstall the app and reinstall it logged out logged in none of that helped anything Good job

App barely works. Always telling me there's a "connection issue" no matter how perfect my WiFi connection is. Constantly gives me errors messages when I try to add & redeem physical Regal Premiere tickets when I'm reserving my seat. Which means I have to restart the app, but then when I go to pick a seat, the one I previously was trying to pay for shows up as "occupied" despite it never actually being reserved! On top of that, the rate at which you earn rewards is a joke.

I normally love the Regal Unlimited app but somehow, my tickets aren't popping up with QR codes anymore since the update. I have had to add the email to Google wallet to get the code for scanning. It's an extra step that will become cumbersome and my family and I watch movies almost every week.
