worst app ever I hate how you have to have a crown membership just to get the discount Tuesday every other theater you just walk in and get the discount on Tuesday even when you buy online for Cinema Beach West it applies the discount with no membership needed it feels like they made the app terrible on purpose so people can pay the full price on discounted days and it always crashes and sign you out randomly and the servers are never working ....Do better REGAL

For me the tickets don't show up in the app till after the movie, but the email ticket gets me in. the app also cheats you out of points, me and my wife both have seen 27 movies this year since January, each time under emerald ruby diamond we are only marked as -1 after for each and every movie.

Ticket QR's are no longer a thing? QR code for your tickets are no longer a thing on this app I guess. You can only see receipts. Point system increased. Total WOMP WOMP

wont let me buy tickets half of the time and have to uninstall then reinstall to be able to purchase.

I bought tickets weeks ago and I opened the app and before the most recent update, it would show me my upcoming movies. After the update, it won't show me today's movie that we have tickets to which is very annoying. if I didn't have the email, I wouldn't be able to prove I bought tickets... horrible

don't bother. this used to be a good app. now you can log in online but not on the app. it says my user info can't be found meanwhile I'm literally on my account online. ugh. back to AMC I go
