Once a 5 star review, this now rates a single star simply because my original Play5 has a line in jack so it will have a life beyond the mess my system has become. Total loss of music on one or all speakers at any given time, failure to start or reconnect, total app crashes, & occasional general freakouts. When coupled with an indifferent company attitude towards its' customers, I just can't see (hear) any reason to continue with Sonos. Buy something else.
