I originally paid for the Wellness Plus subscription and received the service. When I later asked for an upgrade to the Family plan, my subscription was completely removed from my account. Now I have no active subscription at all, even though I already paid. I tried to follow up, but until today the issue is still not fixed. This is unacceptable. Instead of upgrading, I lost the subscription I had and I am left without access to the service I paid for.

The app does not stay connected to Google pixel 9 pro fold. Does not work with the speedience gym pal. I have tried my generic android tablet and it works fine. please fix to allow this to work on pixel products

The new paid "AI" service is recommending the same exercises I did before I paid. There is still no video or animation of how to perform the exercises properly, and now there are no more voice prompts trying to describe how to do the exercise, it just tells you to start, and that's it. The bell at the end of the exercise is gone now as well. If I pay more, I should get more, not less.

This review is for the watch version - the app works fine, but I went to bed with 83% on Galaxy ultra and woke up with the watch being at 7%. When I checked my battery usage, Speediance was at the top with 80% battery usage. I had to force stop it because I didn't know how else to stop it from running in the background.

I need it for one reason to scan qr for logging in and it can't even to that, just doesn't recognize the qr code

Welness+ ad on home screen is big turn off. keep it removable, my stat should be showing first.
