I dont know what happened recently but I can't place an order in the app. Tried multiple phones and stores. Don't know what you guys did to break this app but you better fix it immediately. There too many other options for food for you to have a basic problem like this to exist nowadays.

Stop updating the app constantly, Cant even place an order every other day. Always a consistent problem between the uhoh hiccup error and the app being down. Tell your dev team to stop slacking and actually do their job they're paid to do. Their evelopment skills are equal to that of a minimum wage employee. Everytime this app goes down, thats 2 months without me ordering ago. I'd rather go grocery shopping

Should have rewards that are more customized to the user rather than giving a vegetarian rewards that they can't even use. Also, I don't want a Baja Blast Freeze for my birthday reward. Maybe make it $5-10 off your next order to let people pick what they want instead.

App won't save payment methods. No I haven't reinstalled it. If I can't save my card the first time I fresh install an app on my phone for the first time,what's the point? Just use the Doordash app. The app defaults to Doordash for delivery anyways and you're still going to have the same $6 delivery fee (that's not a tip, just the company taking extra money for fun)

This app Sucks! The interface and rewards are good. But payment never goes through. There's always an issie when ordering when it comes to payment. I've Uninstall and reinstalled several times. Still doesn't work. The check in also never works. Fix this app
