hard to use, if you want epic express pass it's a pain to find, hidden behind menus and drop downs, couldn't order food. terrible app experience that pretty much ruined the trip

Linking services such as hotel reservations and tickets doesn't work. I try to book (tickets and hotel) through the app, but then it takes me to the website...what's the purpose if the app? There's a lot of reviews about wait times, but it's not really worth it for me as I usually have express pass. Park map isn't accurate for food. Also, I only visit for Halloween Horror Nights. Thankfully, after the visit my "used/expired" tickets usually show up in my account, just not when I need them.

the app either functions or doesn't connect ever ex: minion blaster froze 10/10 tries, the fact it will not run without location on is absurd, just want to open tickets, order food check ride times all dont need location just choose park boom done, its such a huge drain on batteries

This has lots of features and great info, BUT it's enough that really necessitates some better navigation features (than backing out a lot to access different areas)

doesnt make it past the Universal logo. freezes of stays on that screen and doesnt load past the logo

Creepy spyware, hard to delete account after visit, automatically will sell your personal data to who knows what, unless you dive into settings and turn it off

EDIT: Latest update (UI changed a bit) seems to have resolved the crashing Unusable on Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Opening the map or list of attractions or dining causes the app to crash after ~5 seconds. Impossible to do a mobile order, check wait times, check where anything is, etc.
