when it works it great. but most of the time it kicks you off the app while you are looking for something. what is the point of favorite if you can't filter by favorite.

To use the app you have to sign in, to buy tickets it takes you to a website where you also have to sign in. Why would you use the app when you could just go to the website? Other than that, the E-Tickets work fine.

The app is non-functional and unreliable App Functionality:Does not work; confirmed by guest services as being in "beta"&non-functional Inaccurate Pricing:Ticket starting prices are misleading (e.g., advertised at \$79.99, lowest available is \$159) Missing Features:Lacks many food vendors Cannot process gift card payments. Fails to connect tickets or hotel reservations Customer Service: Guest services are condescending&unhelpful, offered; "it's in beta, it doesn't work" as explanation

When trying to use the app during my visit to Epic Universe, the app wasn't able to open at all, by WiFi or mobile data. Any use of the app wasn't possible even with clearing the cache or resetting the app.

Can't order food! App won't let me enter a card into my wallet NOR advance me to the payment screen to enter one. Had to ask for help two times and almost lost my assigned table at the Toadstool Cafe (it was myself and a child I could not leave to hold the table). Your app sucks! Fix it!!!

very helpful, let's you know the rides wait times so you can plan accordingly. Shows you extra activities to do like the second generation wand and the Mario mini games. I do hate how lots of restaurants make you pay on the app for food, I went to restaurant with my family and we didn't know we had to pay on the app so we sat there waiting for a waitress/waiter for like 20 minutes. THEN when we tried to use the app to order it wouldn't let us, it took us 7 tries to finally get it.

App is inconsistent with lots of performance issues. Features are nice .... when they work. It wasn't too bad before because you could do most things without the app when it was acting up, but that's been changing. Universal is trying to cut humans and force this mediocre app for every experience they can. They need to invest seriously in fixing and maintaining the app if they want to do this. I will use the website over the app when possible because of how slow and janky the app often is.
