Booked tickets to Vatican/Sistine chapel that didn't exsist, we wasted almost all of the last day of our holiday with our children waiting for tickets to arrive, they were cancelled 20minutes before our booking time, this was one of the main reasons for our visit... this is an agent for third party touts who will im sure will not take any responsibility... we should be recieving a refund but it wont get our time back and wont be able to see it. So incredibly let down! will not reccomend

Booked a trip with a Bourbon tour months in advance, only for the day before for them to cancel it. No calling me to work out other options or provide an explanation, just a text.

paid for a tour, and when I needed to download the ticket, it went on a never-ending loop between the app and the email. This app is only good to find the tour you want, google it, and buy directly from the provider.

worst customer service charged me for a service that never got provided. Showed them multiple screenshots of the incidents and they still decided to charge me without a refund for a tour in Japan! worst experience ever and I have travelled plenty. GABRIELA from customer service decided that "they were unable to refund me". how ? if they don't provide a service how can they keep my money. unacceptable

both tours i scheduled were canceled after I had been charged, the first was canceled and I was offered the second, tour i talked to the guide and was told 'see you at 9' then minutes later I got a message through the app that it had been canceled. then I was informed that it would take 3-7 business days for my refunds to process. Not a very good experiance.
