records unnecessary motions but specifically one recording, needed for police purposes, won't load. motion recording time needs to be longer. constant false alarms even though no doors or fobs being touched/opened/closed.

App rarely works. Either I don't get notified at all when someone approaches my door or rings my doorbell or I get notified minutes after the fact and they're already gone. When I try to open a notification about a person being detected, the live feed just continues to spin and won't load. Even when trying playback, the video footage rarely loads. I receive double notifications when I actually do get a notification. I wish I would have kept my Ring cameras and service. It was much more reliable.

sometimes it doesn't alert me to my phone. it requires reboot often
