This app helped me recover and improve my knees after the military broke them down. They didn't continually try to sell me things. They didn't bother me at all. I was simply provided the education and routine that I needed to get my body back. I honestly can't imagine what I'd do without this app and these programs. I do wish you could "favorite" programs to always appear at the front when you open the app. But everything else, including the coaching, is phenomenal. 10/10

Love the programs and what they have done for my flexibility, strength, and knee pain. But this app has issues with the video submissions. It sometimes won't let you crop the videos, sometimes the videos don't submit and just get stuck in a sending state, and recently it has stop occasionally saving recordings so I can't edit and reupload after the workout when they don't send.
