Now, it says that there are no stores in North Little Rock Arkansas,, nor anywhere in Arkansas.. oh well,, i guess I will spend my money with a different retailer! no paintable christmas village pieces, nor what they used to sell, anyway. This company sucks , now.

every time I go to look at my cart, it says the app couldn't process my request and to refresh if I'm not redirected. but there's no way to refresh. I'd really like to buy yarn to make gifts for my loved ones. but I currently can't.

It's a really good app to have for coupons and your rewards account. Rewards membership completely free. It's a standard app for an establishment you shop at.

App works fine if you don't care about your rewards. I cannot access my rewards as it doesn't think I have one. I am constantly stuck with a "Processing your request." window when attempting to look at my rewards or account information. I know I am a rewards member, as using a desktop browser allows me to view it just fine. It would be nice to not have to use a browser just to see my rewards or rewards number, as I have to use that when shopping (using phone/email won't work for some reason)

Constant 'Processing your request' errors is preventing me from doing the most basic things like getting the homepage or if I get past that processing an order. I've experienced this issue for way too long especially when this error is preventing you from spending money.

everytime I looks for anything on the app I get a popup that says processing request that will not go away. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it did no good.

Constantly get "Processing your request. If this page doesn't refresh automatically, resubmit your request." It does not refresh automatically, and I am unable to do anything. I have to force quit the app and then I may or may not be able to do something.

App keeps crashing. Getting messages saying "Processing your request. If this page doesn't refresh automatically, submit your request". Guess I won't be placing an order 10/31/25 still getting same error. so frustrating when certain coupons are only good online. I'm about to cancel my account
