I just love this app. It really helps me as someone with chronic health conditions who struggles to do a lot of movement sometimes. I can tailor my day to my energy levels and still feel like I've accomplished something that day 👏

Absolutely love this app, and it's focus on body positivity - encouraging a stronger, happy, healthier you, with good habits (rather than obsessions). I absolutely adore Camila and her content on other platforms, channeling through that positive energy, and reinforcing a happier view of self. The only reason I've given it four, and not five, is because the app sometimes glitches a bit on my end (minor, occasionally a bit slow etc). However, despite that, this is the only app I use!💕
