I would say this was one of the worst apps ever but it does work partially sometimes and I do work for spectrum. so ill just leave 1star and say that I am disappointed with this app as a customer and an employee. I can't purchase devices or activate streaming services, we'll some streaming services. the app is halfway to a decent app but I expect more from spectrum so ill give 1 star until I see improvement.
