Crashes when looking for dermatologist! App is slow, but when I can't find a dermatologist with my Healthcare app, it makes it pretty useless.

Difficult to navigate and crashes constantly. In order to located how much you have left on your deductible, it takes too many steps. just have it on the home page. when you go to search for a provider it hard crashes out of the app. the solutions to fix the crashes listed online eventually advise you to just all customer several. What is the point of the app if I can't use it for something as basic as finding a doctor.

Couldn't even login. Not going to waste any more of my time. And no, it wasn't / isn't user error after checking my user name and password and being able to login on the website but not here on the app.
