Cannot use app anymore on my phone. I never logged out, but it asks me to log in. Saved login info won't work. Tried to change my password, and login still fails every time. Would rate negative stars if possible. Enjoy your garbage AI generated music death Napster. Byyyyyyyyye

Same complaint as everyone else, playlists are empty or reduced to 2-3 songs, many songs/albums are unavailable. It hurts, but I'm going to have to say goodbye. I've been here since Rhapsody.

More than 90% of my playlist is gone since you installed that massive failure of an A.I. Napster was the only app I used for years even when it was first Rhapsody, was my favorite App smh. now it's a massive disappointment 😞... you should of left well enough alone. please fix it that A.I trash 🗑️ and yes I'm cancelling my subscription till you fix it

i have had this music subscription since 2006 never had much issues i could understand not having smaller artists full music collections but when they started removing large parts of their catalogs this app has almost become useless. I would not recommend downloading or keeping this app. it seems like it won't be around much longer

Cancelling. Some of my playlists that were 25 years old with dozens of songs, now some only have 2 or 3 songs. My son's childhood playlists are obliterated. I don't know if you sent out a warning before it happened, but if you didn't shame on you. I can't even recreate them somewhere else.
