been a member since 2014, 11 years of great selection of music, nearly anything you can think of Napster had. Until now, they want to update to AI. AI destroyed, deleted my music files from countless playlists over the years. I paid a premium for unlimited for 11 years. And Napster destroy itself.. once 5 star rating, if I could put negative i so would

Lacking, at first great. Had for years, every time my pmt updated and I forgot to change over, all my downloads were wiped out. instead of a Download all button. had to go back and re Download individually to my Favs. Now canceling due to half my songs being taken off the app or missing from any of my downloads. I have delt with this more frequent the past year. very user friendly interface.

Cannot use app anymore on my phone. I never logged out, but it asks me to log in. Saved login info won't work. Tried to change my password, and login still fails every time. Would rate negative stars if possible. Enjoy your garbage AI generated music death Napster. Byyyyyyyyye
