Can't stand all the new subscription money grabbing services! Started out great with included service that was reasonable then changed their terms to where it's unreasonable expectations to share pictures. fees and subscriptions are way to much money. I would not recommend this service anymore. it was amazing to begin with but just like all the other big services filled with false promises, start commercial free and then change their service to have you pay more.

Really disappointed by the bait-and-switch on features. The frame works fine once set up, but the app is clunky and confusing. When I bought it, there was no sign that core features like Google Photos and shared playlists would require a paid subscription. Now the only way to access them is through a premium plan — no grandfathering, no warning. Feels misleading.

Shady company. Uses bait-and-switch to sell you a digital frame to display your photos for "free," then holds them hostage unless you sign up for a recurring subscription fee. So you can't see YOUR OWN PHOTOS unless you pay them over and over, forever.
