One of the buggiest payed App I've ever used. The App crashes regularly or fails to upload pictures. It typically takes two tries of opening it before I can actually use it. Absolutely unacceptable, especially since I pay a subscription to Nixplay for their ecosystem. The Nixplay frames are very solid and run reliably over multiple years, it's a shame this App is so bad.

I just got my Nixplay digital frame and it’s so easy to set up. I love all the features and you can make it a slideshow of different pictures in one frame! Super cool and really nice addition to our living room decor!

I bought the 10 inch frame for my mum recently and she’s fallen in love with it. It’s so easy to send her new photos and they show up on her frame almost instantly. Other family members love it too, so I'm am now considering this for them when Christmas comes around

This app glitches all the damn time since I upgraded to unlimited storage. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and still it glitches. Add that to the constantly glitching Nixplay frame and I can say that I'm not a fan of Nixplay. Not a fan at all!!!

Can't stand all the new subscription money grabbing services! Started out great with included service that was reasonable then changed their terms to where it's unreasonable expectations to share pictures. fees and subscriptions are way to much money. I would not recommend this service anymore. it was amazing to begin with but just like all the other big services filled with false promises, start commercial free and then change their service to have you pay more.

Really disappointed by the bait-and-switch on features. The frame works fine once set up, but the app is clunky and confusing. When I bought it, there was no sign that core features like Google Photos and shared playlists would require a paid subscription. Now the only way to access them is through a premium plan β€” no grandfathering, no warning. Feels misleading.
