Latest update is horrible!!!!! This is my 3rd Palace vacation in 2025. In October I had to update the app. It takes minutes for the app load, EVERY time I open it. This is on Palace WiFi. Developers, have you ever heard of caching? Why do you have to fetch data every time the app opens?

the app has a blank screen on the resorts wifi, it doesn't work, one of the carts that's is supposed to transport us, just passed us and it said there wasn't anymore rides even though the reception stated the carts travel from 7 am to 3 am and it's 10:46 pm
