App keeps crashing. Though I'm in US, in some screens I get European samsung rates. Unpredictable, and some screens errors out and recommended to connect to customer support.

1.) I am not the only one who comes across an error saying advocate can't use a referral code. There is no code being applied. I have to fix this by deleting memory with the app, works briefly. This is highly annoying 2.) Prices are never updated according to your banners. For example, if your running a new promo, like currently, It's $350 off. The trade ins only go up to $250. Whoever runs the website, needs to a better job. Always reported it 3.) Sometimes my credits I earn don't post.

I've used this for a long time. You have to be VERY CAREFUL that you get all discounts and allowances at checkout. Also, ensure it put the correct phone in your cart.
