worst app ever made, half the time can't even log in and the other half I pay for service and they just don't put it through and I lose my money and they do nothing to get it back and I just have to pay again. it's also impossible to switch providers cause they lock your phone. Tracfone wireless is pure evil and you will lose more money from their stupidity and unhelpfulness than you could ever save from their "cheap" service

I've been a Tracfone customer for years, I've enjoyed it. Unfortunately though, it seems that a lot of the plan options in the app under Smartphone only have been removed. Which is unfortunate because now it is even more expensive for a multi month plan.
