Great app other than the hundred add-ons they try selling you when trying to reserve however, they do cover everything so it's helpful for those who aren't sure what supplies they may need. Easy to use!

Terrible drop off with this app. It gets stuck uploading photos even with a 5G connection. No acknowledgement from the app when the photos get uploaded. It just sits there spinning and doesn't let you complete the verify vehicle location part. You have to restart the app and click on the return truck button again to see if it went through. Super frustrating.
