I was charged for an iPhone 16 and a fourth line added to my account I never ordered an iPhone 16 I denied the package when it arrived they received it back still after 3 months will not give me my money back and will not remove this charges for other line

Have such terrible internet now and phone issues on Xfinity mobile. used to be best. Now can't even use Roku in my 2 bdrm 1 bath apt. WTWhat!!!!! So sad. Also going back to AT&T for mobile. But home number is great. Just horrible wifi. 😞 Complex has issues. I believe. BC works great in living room. But strength that worked over 5 years gone now. I don't get it. Have always loved Xfinity. So super bummed. Hmm.
