I installed the app but never went any further. It won't let me log into my account. With the same credentials I can log in my account from any browser or other Xfinity apps, but not this one. very frustrating.

App does not open after forced update. Tried numerous troubleshooting options, but nothing resolves the issue.

as far as 8nternwt goes Xfinity has that down pa t but when it come to mobile service the services is good but they will lie and steal you blind pro.ise you the world and give you nothing abd for the cable service which is what built xfinity they are way the high and there is no basic package anymore so you have to get a package and then still got to and local channels to it.

terrible app and false advertising for internet prices. I was shown a monthly contract for $50 and tried to finalize the purchase but price changed to $85. not to mention the 404 errors and streaming box added to cart even though the box isn't available, now no way to remove it from the cart! xfinity fails every step, I hope one day internet service is available from another company!

The new design makes it nearly impossible to simply see outages, to reset the TV boxes, the cable modem, and the phone.
