I haven't been able to use my rewards points for over a year. I try to apply my reward and it applies my reward but STILL CHARGES ME the full price of the reward. I have emailed support with this before. they wanted screenshots, which is hard to do. they also just explained to me how to apply the rewards, which is not the issue here. I gave up because they weren't helpful. the issue is that our reward system is a scam if we still charge people for it and don't fix it.

That's it for me. Just had a delivery guy accept my order, drive around for 2 hours, then cancel it. There was nothing I could do, and I kept telling my daughter a milkshake would come that never did. Thanks a lot. So glad you guys could make AI your customer support so we could be even more screwed.
