Terrible app. Used to be good. Cannot see in map mode. Many other problem with this app. I stopped booking at comfort hotels because of its app.

I would like someone from Choice to contact me about a booking issue using points. so far no one has taken responsibility for the lapse in service according to the terms of Choice Rewards. I'm not able to use the app or the browser to book a room at my favorite hotel using just points.
