constantly get error message "can't connect to server now, please try again later" This has been happening everytime I try to use it and it has been going on fir 2 months now. every time I call customer support they say they are working on it....for 2 months, hire a competent programmer.

Can't disable booking text confirmation, it activates by itself over and over. They can't fix it for a long time, not even after new update. All hotels need to update their amenities (a lot doesn't offer breakfast anymore even app display they do). Extra points are not received!

Seems to be the new app for run down hotels!! I have been using this app for years for cheer competitions/travel and in the last 3yrs can never find a decent clean hotel anymore through this app and can't even use your points. They're supposed to have more choices for hotels than choice hotels (which tend to be dumps) but I can never find anything!!

Ever since the past couple updates, I cannot sign on using the fingerprint even though it's been added. 2/15/22 - Still cannot log in using the fingerprint even after turning it off then back on.
