wouldnt let me log into account , contacted customer support to see why. My account name is wrong accidently put it in my dads name instead of mine... wouldnt fix the first name everything else is correct. They want me to create a whole new email just to make another account... not worth the time! very ๐ ๐ก

worst customer service experience I've ever had. it's like dealing with a government agency. they don't care and and prove it repeatedly.

The app stops when you try to choose a hotel. I've uninstalled the app twice hoping to fix it. I guess I won't be staying at Choice hotels if I can't book them!

App will not let me book! I have uninstalled and reinstalled. S23. Right when I go to book it says app has issues and makes you exit out! Fix please!

There is NOWHERE to leave a review for the hotel i have stayed at over 50 times including when it was a Super 8 which im thinking it should have stayed a Super 8.

this app had issues before. after the last update, its so much worse. they made it extremely difficult to book with hotel points.

comfort motel big Spring tx has the nicest people who work there especially a lady named Samantha thank you for a wonderful stay. we stayed 2 nights we were in rm 113 clean and nice room

now it will not accept a date, it reverts to today when you click on the room button, maddening!
