It won't let me login to my profile. so I can't use my subscription that I'm being charged for.

The app is not working purchase a weekly subscription just to check it out and it's not working at all(just shows a black screen when I click on a tv Short) I exited out of the app, and restart the app many times. It didn't work so I restarted my phone and it didn't work either!I would like my money back please! I just wasted my money on app that shows nothing!π‘ Edit: App is working now, not a lot of options of shows, most stuff already seen on my regular TV Short apps.π

I have a PAID subscription. Why in the world are there any ads in a paid subscription. And there are TONS of ads every few minutes.

Subscription paid for a week and still can't watch any of the shorts. Tells me to enter an email code done then it times out, log in online and it tells me to subscribe after ai already did! I just want my money back! do not subscribe.

thank you for allowing ads from other apps who offer for free what you are charging 1 star only as a gratitude to find sources for same short movies as yours but for free!

I paid the subscription and then within 12 hours the app has a bug and cannot be opened and watched. I have tried uninstalling then app then installing it again, no luck. canceled subscription

I paid $49.99 and I'm supposed to be able to watch until January 20th, 2026. Well guess what, it's not letting me, telling me I need to make another purchase to be able to continue. Not paying any more, either fix it so I can watch, or give me my money back. By the way, this is the second message I have sent about this problem and got no response. If I have to I'll let social media know not to subscribe to this app. Margaret Lee
