same issue as the last rating person. my account was charged the $0.50 and I was not about to stream any content. It also does not recognize my email that I created an account with. it never allows me to log in. I messaged customer support but they asked for proof. I go to do so, but I can't upload proof of pictures or videos of these errors. meanwhile they are still trying to charge my account the full subscription amount of $14.99. --- I will just fight this as a scam charge because it is!!!

this is a rip off!! can't sign in. can't cancel subscription. can't delete and they are trying to charge me I pay $0.51 and cannot get into the app. This is ridiculous, I feel like I'm ripped off. I don't recommend this to anyone. Until they do something to fix this. I have tried to sign in TEN times, getting the code entering it and all it charged $14.99. Because I never even got to watch one on the fifty one cent trial
