can't turn the camera around. so he has to look at the couch if I want to see him. or if he looks at me and I have to stare at the back of my phone.

garbage... what a great way to scan money from people desperately wanting to visit it have contact with their loved ones. I've been trying to video visit my dad for over a month now, and when I put money on it to visit him, it doesn't add it to my visit balance. it adds it to my messaging balance and I cannot figure out how to fix this. I've been visiting him for the past few years and lately I haven't been able to. this is insane

I am unable to get into the app! No matter how many times I have tried it keeps asking me to share photos and when I select done, it sends me back to the play store. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times but am still unsuccessful!

I absolutely hate the unbelievable amount of BS that one must endure just to send a text. What about old people who aren't tech savvy? I'm on day 3, of finding an updated phone and going through verifications and I wonder still, if I'll get through today or not. I despise this app

my camera during visits is stuck on the other way(back view) I literally can't do anything to make it flip back so I have to go to the mirror and video chat with my husband that way so he can see me and I've called and complained and they have done nothing about it it will not flip to front facing camera whatever I do it's so annoying!!! two stars only cuz I get to see my husband...
