worst experience ever!!! I bought brand new shoes. tried them my carpet and they didn't fit. when I sent them back they said they were used. Then I tried to sell them on the site and was going thru customer service because how can I add pics if you have the shoes. that took 2 weeks. then they said my posting was live. after 2 weeks I checked and they were not listed. after back and forth I demanded my shoes back. overall this took 3 months. worst experience ever.

Horrible!!! That's been my experience with this app! I am still $126 in the hole & they're ignoring my messages. What's good about a "store credit" is that every time I am trying to use it, my order is cancelled and I get the reimbursement for the additional payment, but they kept me hostage not able to use the store credit & not able to buy anything using the store credit. Don't buy from them, it's a SCAM!!!

9/30/25; HORRIBLE, DISSATISFIED, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, I ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF SHOES AND ONLY GOT 1 PAIR. IT HAS BEEN MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHOES. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND AGAINST ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS. I NEED A CALL OR EMAIL FROM CORPORATION. I NEED TO CALL NEWS 19 HERE IN COLUMBIA SC FOR A GOOD STORY TO TELL. I NEED TO GET LEGAL ADVICE ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I AM A PERMANENTLY DISABLED MAN AND THIS IS HOW I AM TREATED. GOD BLESS YOU. TO GOD BE THE GLORY.
