Clinic is great! Staff are thorough, professional, even take incentive to be friendly, never at an unprofessional level. 11 out of 10! (Not a typo.) YET, the new app update has made it impossible to make appointments. Reverting to launch menu when I go to "Make an appointment." Repeating the "How was your donation experience?" process over and over. Never been an issue before. These things happen. I'm sure it'll be resolved soon, super easy, BARELY an inconvenience. Wow wow wow! Wow! ❀️
