anytime I try to add a new item to my cart, it states error. when scrolling through different options for items they are not organized well. example; daily cleaning. if you click on it will have 5 scent options. then scroll down and find the option of only one scent options to then scroll and find it will 3 scent option in the click down. all three of which were avaible with the first one. I think it could be organized a bit better.

Love grove, hate the app. Long load/buffering times and its constantly glitching, crashing, and bugging out. You're better off just using the web browser

I love the company and their products but I haven't been able to open the app in months. I've uninstalled it numerous times (on two different phones) and reinstalled; I've also made sure the app is updated.

I LOVE Grove, however, the app seems to glitch every time I use it. I have an order once a month and it would be nice, while I'm checking things over, to be able to get to my cart and make updates if needed.

The app used to be reliable, but it seems they are frequently pushing redesigns in the app that break functions. Currently, I cannot view my cart.

The app will take minutes to open or not load at all after the most recent updates. Very disappointed since they migrated to a new app hosting service.

I can browse, but the cart does not function. I was getting an error message every time I tried adding something to my cart, so I reinstalled the app. I was then able to add, but the cart contained the wrong item. (I added two different scents of hand soap, but it registered two of the same scent). I love Grove, but I haven't ordered in forever because the app is impossible.
