Horrible app. Always an error with my emails or my passwords. I can't sign in, change my password, guess what, problem with your password π. Definitely going to uninstall the app.

They revised the app and now the "book" a flight search is awful. You can't filter for non stop and they no longer list flights in a row so you can compare departure times and cost. You're constantly scrolling up and down... It's so frustrating!

the app sucks!!! it keeps saying an error has occurred every time I click on something and it stays stuck trying to load. very annoying

Online check-in not working, no terminal shown in app, no possibility of booking multi city or return at once, overall bad experience

on my pixel 10 the app would not complete the check in process. Had to check in via the JetBlue website.
