Not a fan of the update, it's not user friendly. There are now close to 1000 coupons to go through... who is going to go through all of those? Waste of time, just apply the discount.

The new version SUCKS. And it's not because I'm not used to it yet. It is incredibly non-intuitive. It shouldn't take three clicks to do something that used to take one click

Every update just gets worse. This latest version SUCKS! It's difficult to find sales, the weekly ad, digital coupons, and more.

Constantly raising prices. Way higher than they need to be and Krogers has turned into a profit at the expense of its customers business.

app is horrible to use, the instacart employees who shop and deliver the groceries are terrible. kroger is awful and they have really gone downhill. quick to double charge your account and completely mess up your orders and they do very little to fix it. stores price gouge bad. the convenience isnt worth the tax and headache. Just go in the store if u can't avoid kroger entirely.
