I hate the new format. it is harder to navigate and doesn't store as many of your past purchases, so you now have to search for those items. This part pertains to my local store and not necessarily the app: Frozen food items have not been available except as "in store only" for 4 weeks now due to remodeling. If I wanted to go in the store, I wouldn't be using this app.

I cannot clip coupons at all. this keeps happening. doesn't matter if I uninstall or reinstall or clear cache... and i know others having the same problem... can you please fix this... that's kinda the whole point of being a Kroger member

The update sucks. Before I could find my list in one tap and now I have to tap extra buttons to find it. On top of that, they took away the search bar that was available when I had my list open. Now I have to take extra steps to search for something while shopping.

How did the app get even worse? I can't search from the list page.. I have to go clear back to the home page then the drop down menu. what sense does that make? And the little animation flares to look fancy when the home page comes on? Useless.

latest update is just horribly less user-friendly. seems like not all of the digital coupons are loading and popular features like my shopping lists and weekly ads require more taps and scrolling to find.
