Lyft USED to be a good service... now it's becoming worse and worse I'm not happy with how things have changed and I'm seriously debating on just never using this service again

I schedule ride the night before for work only to wake up and see it was cancelled for no reason making me late for work don't trust them want be using them Uber here I come

i am so disappointed lyft. i had a driver that had me wait 12 minutes. and cancels when he is 4 minutes away from me. this is one of several times i have had issues getting to locations. theres no way i can complain or get compensated i just have to suffer the consequences from your drivers.
