horrible. makes me verify every time I sign in even when I click remember for future log ins, then won't send verification codes

It takes for ever to get a code via email or message. When you finally get a code, it has already expired!

Doesn't remember 2-step verification. And when it "sends a code" by email OR text, no code comes! So now I can't get into my account at all the check my student's balances. This is ridiculous!

Constantly have to authenticate even with biometrics and now I'm not receiving the codes by email or text.

Useless app. You can't transfer money between your accounts and you can't request a refund. So they take your money and you can't do anything about it? What a horrible business plan. Obviously they do not care about customers

payment pending for a whole day .app will tell you to contact your school .and school is saying call help on the app .

clueless app devs - UI is too large and all of the buttons aren't even visible. can't even navigate this swamp of an app.
