People have been complaining for months about the bugs. Nothing has been fixed. It still takes everyone's money and your greed will be your downfall. I can't even log in to close my account, so now I will stop payment through my bank. Find another way to pay for your kid's stuff. This is greed and ignorance at it's finest.

Breaks at the point of adding the student. After entering student name and ID # the "next" button refuses to light up like a required field isn't filled.

I have to pay $3.50 every time I use this app so when I use it I expect it to work! This app is stupid and never works! I would NOT use this app if there was any other option to pay for my kids school lunches!!

edit this app is still trash. biometric activated yet this stupid app makes me put my password in yeah I really wish parma would switch to a different program.

this app is so buggy. I can never just log in and pay. It takes me to a "page expired" link about 12 times before it actually works. to be fair, it's not just the app. it's also the browser. It shouldn't take me 20 mins to log in to add lunch money for my kid. it's convenient when it works but it's gotta work more than 50% of the time.

This app is absolute junk. Have not been able to sign in for over 2 months. Keeps crashing or takes me back to the login page after getting the code emailed to me.
