Company stopped providing services before I was done with my aligners. Can't get even get a retainer.

I do not recommend using byte. I purchased, told them my aligners were not fitting right. (No biggie, I just kept them in longer to help straighten my stubborn teeth that didn't want to move) They told me it was normal to keep doing what I was doing. I got to my 13th aligner and contacted them to send me my last 6 aligners, and they will not send them to me, and said I have to go to a dentist before they will send me them.
