one of the worst apps I've ever used, you have to stand in the store and check the inventory to make sure it's correct and price check to make sure everything is correct ๐คฆ if you don't tell the cashiers when you're checking out of the prices on the app they don't know to give you the discount that's in the app,continuous glitches,inventories continuously off with the store,if you're paying people to maintain this app you're overpaying them,I think a kindergartener could do better

I don't know what you did to the face cover of the app? the new logo is a hideous!!!!!! It has nothing to do with PetSmart, no P looks like somebody's art project or Target. I don't understand why everybody thinks change is better, kind of like Aunt Jemima and Cracker Barrel you need to fix it!

the employees used to push the app for savings, and the last few times I went they hadn't. I casually asked why they aren't pushing, and the 1 star ratings are the most accurate. Basically, the app is such a headache, and the employees got tired of hearing of people complaining about the app they encouraged customers to use. reasonable. can't even set up a rewards profile. ๐ 5 months later, the clarity of points had gotten worse. but, yeah... there is deals..

Well, I see it still SUCKS! For 2 wks I'v attempted to place an order on this app and I can't!๐ก๐ก I'm forced to go in the store and have a cashier do a price override on the products. Just updated. Still sucks! Petsmart you need to get it in gear and pay for a product your Pet Parents can actually use to place orders. This app is a nightmare!!

app is not functional, constantly having errors trying to place my orders or even do pick up, tried looking up the price of items even to compare with another company & it gives an error, this has been happening for about a year so they really dont care to update or maintain their app, their website is just as poor

brian from 282 sucks, forcing you to use the app to have access to deals, activations are a hassle,
