this app is trash I keep trying to get a replacement phone I put in my address, and they send it to wherever they feel like I've been scammed out of 210 dollars after 2 claims being sent somewhere I didn't say

I try to file claim and I keep getting error codes and no way around them. they switched everything over to ai and no option to connect to agent. corporations are getting so cheap by switching everything to ai and layoff all the humans yet our bills only get more expensive.

Horrid experience it tppk almost a m9nth to replace my device with no cocessions. T-mobile service is lousy all the way around. in store on the phone and email. Even the CEO dud not responde to my complaint. I spoke with at least 10 customer NO-CARE reps, supervisors, managers, So called elevated managers. I had 1 out of 10 that actually tried to help. I was out right lied to on serveral calls. hung up on and trabsferred with out notice from Assurant to T-Mobile.Customers get no care.

I was directed here from the T-Mobile 360 screen directly, and nowhere does it show there is a charge for it. Now I don't know how to get rid of it.
