Terrible app doesn't work at all , tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times still doesn't work

Doesn't work half the time when you go to checkout. Even then it too often fails to register for any cashback in the end. I'm about to give up on Rakuten and switch to a rival service. ps. No, reinstalling the app does not help.

Update: I got a response to my review stating that the long waiting periods is required in case the order was cancelled or returned. The order was a hotel stay, and I did stay, how can this be returned. You can't treat everything in the same way, do some meaningfull change. I made a transaction July 4th and need to wait till November 16th (more than 4 months) to get my cash back. Why would this be a reasonable wait time or encourage any one to use it.

Updating my review as they are not as good as they used to be when they were Ebates. I've done multiple shopping trips through Rakuten with little to no cash back being awarded. There is no point in using them now.
