Would it be possible to have an option for "dark mode"? This has proven to be a very good app even after the name change. There are still some local places I would like to purchase through you but there is no option. I will keep searching. Keep up the great work, thanks

The app is not working properly. Unusable because it keeps only popping up a screen saying apps usable for other countries. Cannot make it go away. Please fix?

I just switched to a Pixel from my iPhone and I am no longer able to use this with stores that I log into with Gmail: so most stores. I was an avid rakuten used and even got the card. I tried changing my systems rakuten app settings to only open in external browser set to Google: no luck. probably better for my wallet that this is something I can no longer do to relax at night

my experience has been mixed, boots and Argos very easy to get the cashback. but trying to do my weekly shop through the link and website is very slow and then no sign of pending cashback. have contacted customer services if resolved and I can get the cashback for the two missing orders I would give higher stars. will update my review once resolved or unresolved.

Stay away from this app. Rip offs. They tell you where to shop to get a percentage back. I have been trying for 4 months and can't get my money. Takes forever to order when you order through them and then even longer to get your money if you even get it. I have reported it to Consumer Affairs and will have to go to BBB to get my money. What a shame to do this to people.

Terrible app doesn't work at all , tried to uninstall and reinstall multiple times still doesn't work

Doesn't work half the time when you go to checkout. Even then it too often fails to register for any cashback in the end. I'm about to give up on Rakuten and switch to a rival service. ps. No, reinstalling the app does not help.
