doesnt connect to all devices. I was gifted the open move and when I download the app, it says that it's not compatible. how do you sell a product but limit the app to specific models? and whats worse it wont even let me register my item. smh.

Brand new Shokz Openrun pro2, 1st time user of the app and it 100% does not work. The app is frozen on welcome screen. Unintalling, reinstalling, updating, nothing changes it. Will return everything if I can't get it to work. So far, none of the online suggestions change anything.
