This is a handy app to have. Nice job! Added on 10/10/2025. This app is fantastic. Once I had a problem with the fiber outside the house and the app scheduled an appointment for me that day and it got fixed. Buy T because this service is awesome

Pulled the Att Air unit out of box. Followed steps iaw the video instructions on line. The smart home manager tries to connect with the wireless modem gateway instead of new equipment. Completely unistalled the app and tried to enter serial number of new equipment manually. Nothing worked. After much agrevation, plugging the old modem back in. Not inpressed with the "Smart" "15 minute" installation procedures, at all....
